As the Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager, you will:
- Participate and oversee the kitchen line for food and service quality
- Lead adherence to our great recipes to deliver our great Italian food
- Organize staff training, scheduling and forecasting
- Complete food purchasing, receiving, inventory and invoicing
- Adhere to State, Local and our food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Lead and maintain a positive teamwork attitude
Great Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager candidates bring:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Currently or recently a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Currently or recent experience running a kitchen
- Experience in an Upscale Casual Dining concept.
- Experience in Italian Cuisine a PLUS
- Speak Spanish a PLUS
