ProCare Medical Equipment is a fast growing medical equipment company based in Meridian, ID. We are seeking for a self-motivated, high-energy team member to work in our Customer Service Department who are committed to delivering outstanding support to our customers and patients. Applicant Requirements:
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able utilize sufficient typing skills to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Ability to work with and deescalate frustrated customers
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Exceptional phone skills
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Outbound calls to customers
- Work with customers to take orders and coordinate deliveries with drivers
- Data entry into our CRM and patient record systems
- Communication across all departments
- Troubleshooting DME with customer over the phone
- Educate customers about the appropriate medical equipment to meet their needs
- Help coordinate with patients and providers
- Working in office setting

Position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
