ProCare Medical Equipment is a fast growing medical equipment company based in Meridian, ID. We are seeking for a self-motivated, high-energy team member to work in our Customer Service Department who are committed to delivering outstanding support to our customers and patients. If you possess a positive attitude, strong critical thinking skills, the desire to help others, and exceptional attention to detail. We would love to hear from you.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able utilize sufficient typing skills to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work with and deescalate frustrated customers
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Exceptional phone skills

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Outbound calls to customers
  • Work with customers to take orders and coordinate deliveries with drivers
  • Data entry into our CRM and patient record systems
  • Communication across all departments
  • Troubleshooting DME with customer over the phone
  • Educate customers about the appropriate medical equipment to meet their needs
  • Help coordinate with patients and providers
  • Working in office setting

Position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
