Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Leads: Follow up promptly on incoming internet leads and engage prospects via phone, email, or web communication
- Build Client Rapport: Gather critical information, understand client needs, and present tailored insurance solutions
- Close Sales: Effectively present and sell products such as auto, home, life, health, and business using consultative sales techniques
- Maintain Follow-Up Systems: Use CRM tools to manage lead pipelines, follow-up tasks, and client retention strategies
- Set and Beat Goals: Establish sales targets and consistently outperform them monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Marketing Efforts: Support social media marketing, online campaigns, and virtual lead generation events
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry products, technology platforms, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer-facing experience with strong performance track record is preferred
- Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty/Life and Health insurance licenses
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment and using CRM/quoting tools (training will be outlined)
- Self-starter with good organizational and follow-through skills
