Registered Dental Hygienist – North Conway, NH
Location: North Conway, NH
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Primary Need: 2 Days per Week
Full-Time Option: 4 Days per Week | Monday–Thursday
Practice Type: Privately Owned | Fee-for-Service
Compensation
- $60 per hour OR 33% of adjusted production, whichever is higher
- Production-based compensation provides additional earning potential for productive hygienists
- Full-time hourly equivalent at $60/hour: approximately $99,840–$124,800 annually, based on a 32–40-hour workweek
Schedule
Our primary need is for a part-time Dental Hygienist approximately two days per week.
We have flexibility regarding which two days you work and would be especially interested in someone who would like to work two consecutive days.
For hygienists interested in a full-time opportunity, we can also accommodate a four-day schedule, Monday through Thursday.
Traveling From Outside the Area?
We understand that North Conway may be outside the typical daily commute for some candidates, so we've created an option that makes this opportunity particularly attractive for hygienists willing to travel.
A private apartment located above the dental office is available for overnight accommodations.
This provides the option to travel to North Conway, work two consecutive days, stay comfortably overnight, and return home after your second shift rather than making the commute each day.

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established, privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice in beautiful North Conway, New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other procedures within the hygienist's scope of practice
- Complete periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
- Review and update medical and dental histories
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team regarding patient treatment needs
- Follow appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards
- Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Professional and dependable
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and other members of the clinical team
- Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply
