Bartender – Red Rooster OKC (Paseo Arts District)
Part-Time | Evenings + Sunday Brunch | Weekends Required
Red Rooster in Oklahoma City is looking for a passionate and motivated Bartender to join our small, dedicated team. We're a scratch kitchen that highlights seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and our cocktail program reflects the same creativity and care.
Located in the heart of the Paseo Arts District, Red Rooster is a neighborhood spot where regulars are like family and hospitality is at the core of everything we do. We pride ourselves on a warm, collaborative environment where every team member contributes to creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
About the Role:
- Craft seasonal and classic cocktails with precision and flair
- Engage warmly with guests and provide excellent service
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Be open to occasional floor shifts—our bartenders also cross-train as servers
- Contribute ideas to improve both the beverage program and guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- A passion for food, wine, and craft cocktails
- Team-oriented mindset—no task is too small
- Reliable, motivated, and hard-working
- Available evenings Tuesday–Saturday and Sunday brunch
- Must be available on weekends

Responsibilities
- Educated on building classic cocktails and experience with creating new ones
- Well rounded bar knowledge of liquor, wine and beer
- Serve guests to meet companies high standards
- Interact with customers and build relationships
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- track inventory, help order supplies, and manage stock to ensure the bar is well-equipped
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Prep bar syrups, juices and any other bar garnishes
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older
- Advanced knowledge of wine, beer & spirits
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Able License
- 2 years serving experience at a restaurant with a bar program
