As a Teacher, You Will:
- Create a loving, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel secure and valued
- Partner with lead teachers to deliver meaningful learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
- Plan hands-on activities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth
- Model kindness, positivity, and professionalism in everything you do
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, approximately 8 hours/day
- Shifts between 7 am - 5:30 pm (Rotation-based)
Requirements:
- Experience & Education: 1+ year in early childhood education; high school diploma required.
- CDA or Associate’s preferred.
- Physical Ability: Lift/carry 40 lbs regularly.
- Communication: Effectively engage with children, families, and the team.
- Patience & Empathy: Respond with care and understanding.
- Creativity: Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Organization: Manage lessons, materials, and classroom routines.
- Adaptability: Flexible to changing needs and situations.
- Passion: Committed to children’s growth and love of learning.
