Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Hamilton, NJ
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Hamilton, NJ. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory movement, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (Cherry picker, stand-up, or reach as required) to move, load, and unload materials
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and staging orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying and documenting incoming/outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Ensure all materials are handled safely and stored properly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Must be open to performing general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift operating experience on all the following forklifts: Cherry picker, stand-up, or reach
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Position consists of approximately 75% forklift operation and 25% general labor
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Must pass a drug screening
