YOUR LIFE AS A HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This CSR position typically works a full-time schedule during business hours.
As a CSR, you have the vital role of providing our clients with excellent customer service. You communicate with the customer to effectively determine service needs. In a timely manner, you schedule appointments for our clients and organize sales calls. You also dispatch our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issues. With your computer skills, you prioritize and enter data into our database. As our Customer Service Representative, you gain great satisfaction from helping our community with essential services.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge about computers
- CSR skills
