Key Responsibilities
- Lead all quality control efforts across civil and structural scopes
- Conduct daily inspections and manage subcontractor compliance
- Facilitate preparatory and follow-up meetings to ensure first-time quality
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all QC activities
- Collaborate with safety and project teams to prevent non-conformance
- Track and report quality metrics including rework costs and performance indicators
Qualifications
- 10+ years of federal construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with CAPA processes and safety regulations
- Preferred: Certified Quality Control Manager (CQCM), EM 385-1-1 Safety Certification
- Experience with USACE/NAVFAC and RMS (Resident Management System) is a plus
