Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to oversee the daily operations of our agency. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of agents, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and service goals.
- Create and manage the agency budget and monitor agency performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product/service offerings to drive business growth.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and maintain workflow procedures to comply with carrier requirements, E&O protection and excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, and vendors.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase agency visibility and market share.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agency Manager or similar role with at least 10 years of experience within the industry.
- Active insurance license(s) required: Massachusetts P&C and LAH
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and industry regulations.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient with AMS software(Epic preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, current and future IT Tools/Apps to drive efficiency.
