We are a fast-growing Early Intervention agency operating structured, center-based group programs with integrated ABA support. Were looking for a serious, skilled, and accountable Early Intervention Group Teacher who can lead a classroom, drive outcomes, and handle real responsibility.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead small structured EI group sessions (ages 23) in a center setting
• Implement ABA-based teaching strategies (DTT, NET, prompting, reinforcement systems)
• Manage classroom flow, transitions, and behaviors with confidence
• Supervise and direct 1:1 Teacher Assistants assigned to students
• Track progress, adjust strategies, and actually move children forward
• Maintain session notes and ensure compliance with EI standards

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)

• Experience in ABA and/or Early Intervention REQUIRED
• Ability to run a classroom independently not follow, lead
• Strong behavior management (tantrums dont scare you)
• Organized, punctual, and accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Preferred

• NYS Certification (SWD Birth2, Early Childhood, or related)
• BCBA / BCaBA / RBT background
• Experience in group instruction (not just 1:1 therapy)
