About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with an organization in Overland Park, KS, to find an Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys event planning, and is eager to take on a variety of tasks—from calendar management to office support.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Travel Management

Use AmTrav for booking and Concur for expense reporting

Provide high-touch support, especially for Jay and Trevor who travel frequently

Prepare and submit expense reports

Assist with IT needs in the office

Update and maintain the company website

Handle miscellaneous tasks and errands as needed

Event Planning: Organize quarterly, annual, and holiday events

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engaging and well-executed experiences

Provide backup support to HR

Partner with the Office Assistant (who supports but does not report to the EA)
Qualifications:

Proficiency in AmTrav, Concur, and the Microsoft Office Suite

Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Energetic, bubbly, and engaging personality

Enjoys event planning and thrives in a collaborative environment
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
