Job Description
Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in assembling and inspecting test strips. Your responsibilities will include lifting up to 25 lbs, packaging products, operating basic production tools, and ensuring the quality of materials by removing, separating, documenting, and reporting any defective materials or products. You will also monitor material levels and follow standard operating procedures. Be prepared to perform additional duties and work extended hours as necessary.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
- Experience in production, production line work, or manufacturing.
- Ability to stand all day and lift 25 lbs.
- Proficient in using basic production tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-level position with a good job tenure and a strong desire to work in manufacturing.
- Experience in bottling line, picker packer, line worker, machine operator, packing, general production, and packaging is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a production environment with approximately 90 colleagues. The company operates two shifts from Monday to Friday, with the 1st shift running from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and the 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The company is a worldwide leader in manufacturing chemicals and test kits for water quality monitoring.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
