Our organization is in search of a Gastroenterologist Physician to enhance our Gastroenterology practice, delivering clinical services at community-based locations in Maple Grove, Edina, and Minneapolis, MN. Practice Highlights:
This Gastroenterologist will play a vital role in providing gastrointestinal care, benefiting from a well-established referral network while enjoying the intimate atmosphere of a smaller practice, all while having access to extensive academic resources from the University of Minnesota.

This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) where the physician will spend approximately 30% of their time in patient consultations and 70% performing outpatient endoscopic procedures.

The practice is supported by an advanced practice provider and additional staff members.

Work locations include the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, Southdale Hospital, and Specialty Centers in Maple Grove and Edina.

There is an opportunity to collaborate with fellow Gastroenterology specialists within the University of Minnesota, focusing on areas such as pancreaticobiliary disease, transplant hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease, esophageal disorders, and microbiota.

Experience a diverse mix of inpatient, outpatient/virtual care, and procedural work.

Utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC).

Opportunity to create a specialized program of interest, with leadership roles and autonomy.

On-call responsibilities are shared equally within the Gastroenterology Division, with a ratio of 1:10.

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship training program.

Board certified by the ABIM in internal medicine and board eligible/certified in gastroenterology.

Possession or ability to obtain a medical license and DEA registration in Minnesota, meeting the necessary criteria for Credentialing and Privileges.

Eligibility to receive work authorization in the U.S. from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, maintaining legal status as per VISA requirements.

The salary range for this full-time position is $423,293 - $783,365, based on experience, and may include incentive compensation or additional specialty-specific components. Salary will be prorated according to FTE.
