Senior Tax Associate

We are currently recruiting for Senior Tax Associates on behalf of a growing public accounting and advisory firm in Boston. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for a range of clients
- Assist with tax planning and advisory projects
- Conduct technical tax research and analysis
- Support Managers and Senior Leadership across client engagements
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance where needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay current with tax legislation and regulatory developments
- Contribute to process improvements and internal initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience within tax or public accounting
- CPA qualified or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to continue progressing within public accounting
