Menari Body Works is a busy, vibrant holistic day spa in Mankato featuring an eclectic mix of healing traditions from around the world.
Our team at Menari Body Works is offered access to CEU programs, 401K benefits, as well as instruction in how to build and grow your practice through proven methodologies that not only improve your request rate, but also your per treatment cost and client relations.
Hours are flexible so that you can protect your body from excessive repetitive stress. We are currently looking to fill full time, part time and on-call positions. Our commission compensation rates are competitive; based on experience, skill, and request rate. We have 3 positions open for massage therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a 5-star, customized service to clientele
- Create effective treatment plans and provide homecare suggestions that are customized to each client’s needs
- Create and maintain professional boundaries
- Participate in cohesion with other team members in a holistic, client centered environment
Abilities:
- Excellent massage therapy skills
- Good time management
- Communication skills (listening, feedback, speaking)
- Collaboration with other MT’s and complementary modalities
- Computer literacy
- Creative thinking
Competencies:
- Passion for massage therapy, teamwork, flexibility, integrity, honesty, discretion
