Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide full-time, onsite therapy services to K12 students in Woodland, CA. This itinerant position runs from September 1, 2025, through June 5, 2026, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Travel between school sites as required for itinerant services

• Support students functional independence, fine/gross motor skills, and sensory needs

• Ensure compliance with district and IDEA regulations

Qualifications:

• Active California OT license required

• School-based experience preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work full-time onsite and travel between multiple school sites
