Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The position involves performing sophisticated treatments including SBRT, SRS, and complex CT simulations, while ensuring precise imaging analysis and setup accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced radiation therapy techniques such as SBRT and SRS with proficiency in CT simulation
- Support student and new staff training initiatives to enhance departmental skillsets
- Participate in daily equipment quality assurance and coordinate maintenance services
- Contribute to the development of departmental competencies, techniques, and policies
- Lead safety and quality improvement projects and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies
- Engage in incident learning and peer review activities to uphold clinical excellence
- Manage charge reconciliation processes as needed
Qualifications:
- Certification and licensure as a Radiation Therapist I with a current ARRT (R,T) registration and applicable state license
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical radiation therapy experience
- Proven expertise in CT simulation and delivery of SRS/SBRT, preferably with Brainlab systems
- Completion of Radiation Therapist II Competency Advancement Checklist
- At least 1-2 years of travel experience in radiation therapy roles
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC/ARIA
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
- Guaranteed 36-40 hours per week
