We are seeking a highly experienced Inspector Senior with over 10 years of industry experience to lead inspection activities across utility operations and projects. This role requires advanced technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to ensure the highest levels of safety, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Inspection Activities: Direct and oversee inspection programs across facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and lead inspection teams, ensuring junior inspectors are well-trained and capable of executing inspections accurately.

Inspection Strategy: Develop and implement inspection methodologies, strategies, and schedules to improve consistency, accuracy, and reliability.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to communicate inspection findings, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance inspection processes, integrate new technologies, and adopt industry best practices for improved performance.

Documentation & Reporting: Ensure detailed documentation of inspections, findings, and resolutions in alignment with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Education:
-
Four-year technical degree in Engineering, Inspection, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Additional certifications in inspection strategy and methodologies (API, ASNT, AWS, or similar) strongly preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of inspection experience, including leadership roles.

Prior experience in utilities, energy, or industrial environments strongly desired.

Work Environment
