Northwest Talent Solutions is leading a confidential search on behalf of a nationally recognized construction firm seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join their project engineering team.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of engineering design, field execution, and project delivery with a passion for building safe, high-quality environments.
What You'll Do:

Develop budgetary M/E estimates and evaluate mechanical/electrical systems for complex commercial builds.

Support preconstruction, bidding, and coordination of subcontractor scopes.

Review design documents, conduct constructability assessments, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Partner with project management to develop sequencing plans, commissioning documentation, and performance testing.

Mentor junior engineers while driving innovation and efficiency in construction processes.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (required).

5+ years of engineering or field construction experience preferred.

Skilled in M/E estimating, value engineering, and commissioning processes.

Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and QA/QC practices.

Excellent communicator with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
