Role Overview
As the key point of contact at our front desk, you'll:
- Welcome visitors and callers with a professional and friendly first impression.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them efficiently.
- Enter customer orders precisely into our system and collaborate with sales and production teams to keep things moving smoothly.
- Provide order updates and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
- Maintain accurate customer records, emails, and front office routines.
- Support administrative needs including filing, data entry, office supply management, and calendar coordination.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service, receptionist, or order entry experience preferred.
- A warm, customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail; especially in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort using office software and order management systems.
- Collaborative spirit; ready to support co-workers in sales, production, and service.
