We’re looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy retail showroom. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and customer interaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping our showroom operations running smoothly while supporting both staff and customers. Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Ordering and managing office and showroom supplies
- Assisting with data entry and accurate record keeping
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks and special projects
- Greeting and assisting showroom visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Coordinating UEZ paperwork from multiple locations and maintaining accurate records
- Receiving and checking in showroom deliveries, ensuring order accuracy
- Notifying customers when their merchandise arrives
- Processing customer pickups efficiently and accurately
- Assisting with general showroom operations as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, retail, customer service, or order entry

Schedule:
Monday-Friday (flexible schedule) 15-20 hours per week
Pay Rate:
$18/hr
