Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students’ success across elementary and middle schools as a School Psychologist. This onsite role offers a chance to make an impact for the 2026-2027 academic year, with a possibility of extension into the 2025-2026 ESY. With two positions available, you’ll serve a diverse student population from PreK through 12th grade, contributing to their academic, social, and emotional development.

What you bring:

  • Active Michigan School Psychologist license (please be prepared to provide a screenshot as proof)
  • Experience working across a variety of grade levels, ideally with both elementary and middle school students
  • Ability to perform the full range of school psychologist responsibilities independently
  • Commitment to professional standards and confidentiality
  • Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills
  • Flexibility in adapting to the needs of students and school staff

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments and provide comprehensive recommendations
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams, supporting IEP development and compliance
  • Deliver direct and indirect student support, including crisis intervention and counseling as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, administrators, and families to foster student growth
  • Assist in the development and implementation of positive behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation required by school and state standards
