Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support students across grades K-12 in an educational setting in Boston, MA. This contract position offers the chance to apply specialized skills in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation to enhance the academic and emotional well-being of children and adolescents from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to inform decision-making and foster positive school environments.
Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist State License is required.
- Experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development and educational psychometrics.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a school-based multidisciplinary team.
