Job DescriptionLHH is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client's team who will manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to meet workforce needs. You will play a crucial part in delivering strong candidate experience while supporting Mauser's growth and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly, skilled trades, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, recruitment strategy, and interview structure
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the ATS
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles
- Collaborate with HR partners on onboarding, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Ensure compliance with legal, company, and audit standards throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Proactive sourcing ability using LinkedIn, indeed, and other platforms
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-site hiring environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and customer-service mindset
Pay/Benefits:
- $27/hr - $35/hr dependent on experience

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
