Job DescriptionPharmacist – Long-Term Care (Full-Time)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Includes rotating weekend on-call coverage
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our collaborative long-term care pharmacy team. This role is essential to maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting medication distribution, and ensuring high-quality care for skilled nursing and assisted living facility residents.
What This Role Accomplishes
This position plays a key role in maintaining appropriate pharmacist-to-technician ratios, ensuring safe and efficient medication management, and supporting facility partners with timely clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide shift coverage, including evenings and weekends
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
- Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to ensure seamless workflow and patient care
- Ensure compliance with DEA regulations and controlled substance standards
- Oversee medication packaging for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and assisted living communities
- Coordinate medication pass schedules and delivery logistics
- Respond to clinical inquiries from facility staff, including after-hours support
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced pharmacy setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Board of Pharmacy License
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) or post-acute pharmacy settings
- Familiarity with LTC dispensing systems/software
- High level of attention to detail, punctuality, and accuracy

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr.
