Duties and Responsibilities:
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
Input data accurately into databases.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and files.
Assisting in generating Excel reports from the database
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Perform information processing duties which combine text editing, advanced entry, and file
maintenance functions
use a keyboard to create or format a variety of documents, reports and files
Any additional duties as assigned
Desirable Qualifications and Core Competencies:
Three (3) years of experience related to knowledge and abilities.
Strong skills in the principles of writing and grammar, including proper report and
correspondence format, correct spelling and proper word usage, grammar, punctuation and
sentence structure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint Word, and Excel. Ability to
create, edit, and format documents and spreadsheets.
Experience with Lenel OnGuard and/or Genetec software is desirable but not required.
