Currently seeking an Assembler/Test Technician for a full-time temporary to permeant position in Middleboro, MA
Responsibilities of Assembler/Test Technician
-Assemble parts and pieces together following all work orders, instructions and specifications
-Set-up test stands, fixtures, power supplies and other test equipment
-Inspect assemblies for proper fits and make adjustments as needed
-Perform refurbishing, bypass, and sub-assemblies
-Use written test specifications to complete tests and inspections of products
-Accept or reject products based on inspections result, determining if rejected products can be reworked or scrapped
-Rework assemblies as needed
-Utilize various test equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
-Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
-Participate in organizing statistical quality control
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Assembler/Test Technician
-Previous experience in similar field preferred
-Basic computer skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Great attention to detail and organizational skills
-Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday OR 4:30am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr
