Administrative Assistant/ Office Desk Clerk
- Utilize Microsoft Word & Excel. Word use is essentially updating letters . Excel use is mostly data entry in spreadsheets.
- Entering deposits.
- Billing/Invoicing (Currently using QuickBooks desktop)
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Copy, Scan, and Process Tax Returns.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office and with clients.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support various departmental functions.
- Assist in calendar management scheduling appointments.
