Timber Ridge Renovations is currently hiring a full-time Master Licensed Plumber to join our growing team. We are creating our plumbing division and are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with our company.
This position requires a Master Licensed Plumber who is able to pull permits when required and handle plumbing work related to residential renovation projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodels.
Because we are actively building our plumbing division, we are also looking for someone who enjoys and is knowledgeable in carpentry. When plumbing work is not scheduled, you will work alongside our carpentry team assisting with renovation projects. As our plumbing division continues to grow, the position will transition into full-time plumbing work with you ideally as lead plumber.
We believe in equipping our team with the right tools to succeed. A brand new company van is currently on order and will be fully stocked with the necessary tools and equipment needed for the job. (We will want your input on build out and equipment)
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Pull permits and ensure plumbing work meets all required codes and regulations
- Work on plumbing systems for kitchen, bathroom, and full renovation projects
- Assist with carpentry and general renovation work when plumbing work is not scheduled
- Work collaboratively with carpenters and project managers to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
Qualifications:
- Plumbing License (required)
- Ability to pull permits when required
- Experience with residential plumbing systems
- Basic carpentry knowledge or willingness to assist with carpentry tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
