Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN for a Stepdown/Telemetry unit to provide high-quality patient care for cardiac and complex patients, including those requiring ventilator support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered care
- Monitor telemetry and manage cardiac patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
Requirements:
- Active NY RN License
- BSN required
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Experience in cardiology, telemetry, and VAD
- Ventilator experience (required)
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- EPIC experience preferred
