Ubicación: Sioux Falls, SD
Pago: $24 por hora
Horario: Lunes a viernes, 7:00-5:00
Estamos buscando un líder de equipo dedicado, bilingüe en español e inglés, con posibilidad de ser promovido a un puesto de supervisor a medida que la empresa crezca. El candidato ideal eventualmente administrará todas las cuadrillas.
Este puesto requiere viajar a Carolina del Norte durante 4 a 6 semanas para capacitación con un equipo experimentado.
El trabajo consiste en cubrir y asegurar grandes pilas de pacas de heno con lonas pesadas, realizado al aire libre y en diferentes condiciones climáticas. Se requiere fuerza física, resistencia y confiabilidad. No es un puesto de trabajo ligero. El trabajo incluye levantar peso repetidamente, escalar y trabajar en alturas.
Responsabilidades:
- Viajar a los sitios del cliente para asegurar grandes pilas de pacas de heno con lonas pesadas
- Realizar trabajo al aire libre en todo tipo de clima, requiriendo fuerza y resistencia
- Levantamiento repetitivo, escalar y jalar lonas pesadas
- Trabajar en alturas de manera segura y eficiente
- Mantener asistencia confiable y una fuerte ética de trabajo
- Seguir todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad
Habilidades Esenciales:
- Bilingüe en español e inglés
- Capacidad para pasar una verificación de historial de manejo (MVR)
- Comodidad con trabajo físicamente exigente
- Licencia de conducir válida (preferida)
Habilidades y Calificaciones Adicionales:
- Experiencia en agricultura o construcción es una ventaja
- Comodidad trabajando al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas
- Capacidad para levantar, jalar y maniobrar lonas grandes
- Capacidad para subir y moverse de manera segura sobre pilas de heno

Ambiente de Trabajo:
El trabajo se realiza al aire libre en todas las condiciones climáticas, incluyendo lluvia, frío, calor y polvo. Son comunes las jornadas largas, especialmente durante la temporada de cosecha, con mañanas tempranas, días extendidos y fines de semana según sea necesario. El puesto requiere desplazarse entre pilas de heno y conducir entre ubicaciones, seguido de trabajo físicamente exigente.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
