We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service and Logistics Support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information using various databases, and support order processing and export logistics tasks. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Science or Business, experience in data entry, customer service, or logistics, and is proficient in Excel. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a detail-oriented, patient approach are essential for success in this position.
