Position Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for building relationships with talent and hiring managers to attract qualified candidates from diverse communities. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment including hiring manager intakes, posting and sourcing candidates, reviewing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet with the hiring team, offer negotiations and onboarding. This position will also be involved with hosting orientation and ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience
Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
- Manages recruiting cycle for assigned positions including; conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, posting the position in the ATS, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling manager and panel interviews, assisting with candidate selection and offer negotiations.
- Host on-site interviews while maintaining a welcoming and professional manner throughout.
- Creates recruiting materials including job descriptions, pre-screening questions, and interview questions to attract and evaluate the candidates most well equipped to meet the organization’s needs.
- Gains and maintains an understanding of each position to accurately reflect the position, team dynamics, and working environment to prospective talent.
- Maintains candidate enthusiasm throughout the recruitment process while assessing qualifications.
- Supports onboarding of new employees providing regular communication throughout the onboarding process, troubleshooting when issues arise, and ensuring new hires move through the onboarding process in a timely manner.
- Establishes relationships with community groups and associations, including attending job fairs, attending training and conferences, local meetups, etc.
- Fosters relationships with agencies for temporary and temporary-to-hire positions.
- Build and foster excellent working relationships with hiring managers and teams to establish a high level of trust.
- Assists in hosting new hire orientation on a regular basis.
- Supports employees with updating and revising resumes and practicing interviewing to prepare them for internal job openings.
- Incorporates company values into the processes, communications, and recruitment materials.
- Consistently maintains confidentiality.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.
- Complies with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

- This position will report to the Recruitment Manager.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent required.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Position requires the ability to sit for up to approximately two hours at a time and retrieve information and documents from department staff within and outside the office area.
- May be required to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
- The primary work environment for this position is within an office setting. There are no adverse conditions associated with this position.
