Job Description

Overview: We are hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Aide and Transportation Support professional to work with children in the DFCS system, providing safe transport and behavior management services.

Key Duties:

Transport children safely to schools, therapy, and family visits.
Provide emotional and behavioral support during transport and while attending appointments.
Work with caseworkers to develop behavior intervention plans and implement strategies.
Document and report on child behavior, progress, and any incidents during transport.

Qualifications:

Experience in child care or social services, especially with at-risk youth.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
