**Join Our Dynamic Ortho/Neuro Nursing Team!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Seeking experienced nurses who are ready to make a real impact!\n- Work in an exciting environment with the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate interdisciplinary team.\n- Current WI License, NIHSS, and CPR/BLS certifications required.\n- Every other weekend and holiday commitment with 12-hour shifts (Days 6:30A-7P).\n\n**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**\n\n- Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional care for patients.\n- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with adherence to approved nursing techniques and policies.\n- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with standards of care.\n- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by Physicians.\n- Engage in performance improvement activities and support shared governance within the department.\n- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units to ensure continuity of care.\n- Employ critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating concerns appropriately.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
