I'm hiring for a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma! There is potential for 15k sign-on bonus and/or 10k relocation assistance.

The Physical Therapist provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment, progressing patient treatment as appropriate, and carrying patient load that reflects productivity standards; evaluates patients accurately; plans appropriate treatment; sets and meets functional goals; revises and progresses treatment program as goals are met; and provides instruction (teaching) to patients and/or family members, as well as other healthcare providers.

Location: Near Porter, OK
\n Type: Full-time and permanent
\n Shift: M-F, Days
\n Requirements: College degree; PT OK license; prior experience
\n Pay: $39-$59/hr
\n Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
