As a Home Health Aide with Varco, you will play an essential role in providing quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. We are looking for caring professionals who are committed to supporting patients’ daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Follow established care plans and complete visit documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Texas (TX)
- Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervising clinicians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients’ homes
- Valid Driver’s License
