We believe great customer service starts with great people—and we’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.



What You’ll Do:
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether they’re calling with a heating emergency or booking routine maintenance. Your job is to provide an exceptional customer experience, support our technicians in the field, and help keep operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and installations
  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and priority of service
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and CRM systems
  • Handle billing questions, warranty info, and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with technicians and other departments to resolve issues
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience (HVAC or home services industry a plus)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
  • Computer proficiency (experience with scheduling software preferred)
  • A team player who’s reliable, positive, and eager to learn
