Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with motivated buyers & sellers and guide them through the home buying or selling process
• Maintain regular follow-up to build relationships and keep your pipeline full
• Use our CRM systems and workflows to stay organized and maximize efficiency
• Deliver top-notch service that creates lifelong clients and endless referrals
• Host monthly open houses (we’ll supply the leads!)
• Attend our Academy Sales Training and weekly meetings to sharpen your edge

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Available full-time and committed to your success
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Tech-savvy, organized, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset
• Sales experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
