Job Description

The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support across various communication channels. Working within a medium-sized team, this role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records using key tools such as proprietary CRM systems, Salesforce, Zendesk, and traditional phone systems. The position offers exposure to both day and rotating shifts, providing opportunities for development into roles such as Customer Care Specialist and Customer Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation of customer interactions
  • Perform data entry and report generation as needed
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer information

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Effective problem solving and time management abilities
  • Empathy and multitasking capabilities
