A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Lebanon, IN, offering the opportunity to provide onsite services to students in a public school setting. This contract role is well-suited for dedicated therapists eager to make a positive impact in the lives of children requiring speech-language support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology services to students on your caseload
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete digital paperwork in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize technology efficiently for communication and reporting purposes
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Holds ASHA CCC credentials with at least one year of experience post-certification
  • Active professional license in speech-language pathology
  • Minimum of one year experience working with IEPs in a school setting
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Proficient with technology including software applications relevant to clinical and administrative duties
  • Willingness to learn new tools and perform basic technical troubleshooting
