Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Lebanon, IN, offering the opportunity to provide onsite services to students in a public school setting. This contract role is well-suited for dedicated therapists eager to make a positive impact in the lives of children requiring speech-language support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete digital paperwork in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Utilize technology efficiently for communication and reporting purposes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Holds ASHA CCC credentials with at least one year of experience post-certification
- Active professional license in speech-language pathology
- Minimum of one year experience working with IEPs in a school setting
- Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Proficient with technology including software applications relevant to clinical and administrative duties
- Willingness to learn new tools and perform basic technical troubleshooting
