Your Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and effective customer support in your Nordic language through various digital channels.
• Assist users with inquiries regarding account management and streaming services.
• Resolve issues swiftly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
• Stay up-to-date on company products and streaming trends to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and English is essential.
• Passion for customer service and helping others!
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but a friendly demeanor is most important.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to tackle challenges dynamically and think on your feet.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
