Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification for a contract position in an elementary school setting. This opportunity involves serving two campuses located approximately one hour apart in New Mexico. The role is scheduled for three days per week during the full 2025-2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to elementary students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district guidelines.
- Travel between two campuses: Gallina campus (2 days per week) and Lybrook campus (1 day per week).
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites.
- Reliable transportation for travel between campuses.
Schedule:
- Three days a week during the school year.
- Typical hours: 8:05 AM to 3:30 PM.
- The district operates on a four-day week, information to support planning.
