Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available at a K-12 school located in Aurora, CO. These contracts run through the current school year and provide an excellent opportunity to work directly with students in an in-person setting serving early childhood through third grade.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours per week)
  • Start Dates:
    • Primary SLP role begins Tuesday, February 17, 2026
    • Overage Support position available to start ASAP
  • End Date: May 29, 2026
  • Grade Levels: PK-3 for primary position; caseload spans 4 schools for overage support
  • Setting: In-person, no virtual flexibility
  • Caseload: Approximately 38 students focusing on treatment and services only; no evaluations or report writing required
  • Credentials: Candidates must hold CCC-SLP certification; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. SLP Assistants (SLPAs) and Vocational Therapists (Voco) are not being considered at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with early childhood and elementary students
  • Ability to provide direct treatment services efficiently across multiple school sites
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for working collaboratively within a school environment
  • Willingness to adhere to in-person work and daily hours with no remote option
