Scheduler/Call Specialist SOUTH HOUSTON Ross Reporting Services, Inc. -Houston, TX
Ross Reporting Services, Inc., located near Ellington Field in SE Houston, is seeking enthusiastic Appointment Scheduler to join our team. You are responsible for assisting clients and medical facilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Hours: Monday – Friday (Full Time) Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Place outgoing phone calls to follow up and check status on current work orders
• Manage customer relationships with several medical facilities to maintain customer satisfaction
• Implement strong job skills to meet weekly goals
• Take ownership of client concerns and satisfaction
• Research and resolve , inquiries, requests and problems in an accurate, timely and empathetic manner during telephone conversations
• Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with state policies and guidelines
• Stay informed about changes in policy, procedures and services in order to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be computer literate – Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word, keyboarding experience is needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An effective team player with a strong work ethic
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to complete tasks in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work
