Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified Body Imaging Radiologist to become a full-time faculty member in the Department of Radiology at our medical center located in Maywood, Illinois, just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago.
The selected candidate will be part of a distinguished Radiology Department comprising 50 specialized radiologists who provide clinical services across our medical center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and various outpatient care facilities. The department also includes 28 residents and one abdominal imaging fellow, with a strong emphasis on resident and fellow education as a core aspect of our mission. Evidence of teaching and mentorship will be crucial in our selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality radiological services in body imaging.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and fellows.
- Participate in clinical and translational research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in abdominal imaging or body MRI.
- Must hold a valid license to practice in the State of Illinois by the time of hire.
Radiologists will have access to fully equipped home workstations for call coverage, ensuring a supportive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The faculty rank and salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications. This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes:
- Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945.
- Salary determined by academic rank and experience.
