We’re looking for a dependable Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers across an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering solution-based sales within construction, industrial, municipal, and event markets while maintaining a strong, visible presence in the field.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand an assigned sales territory
- Strengthen market presence through regular site visits and proactive customer engagement
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Identify target companies and build a qualified pipeline using available tools and resources
- Research and qualify prospective customers
- Understand organizational structure, decision-makers, and operational needs before engagement
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Identify customer challenges and align Porta Kleen services to provide effective solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals and pricing quotes
- Deliver accurate, timely, and policy-aligned solutions that meet customer expectations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Address objections, finalize terms, and secure agreements while protecting company margins
- Maintain CRM data and report performance
- Track all sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions with accuracy and consistency
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally and spend significant time in the field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for tracking, reporting, and communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; capable of extended driving, frequent standing/walking during site visits, and working in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
