We’re looking for a dependable Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers across an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering solution-based sales within construction, industrial, municipal, and event markets while maintaining a strong, visible presence in the field.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and expand an assigned sales territory
  • Strengthen market presence through regular site visits and proactive customer engagement
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Identify target companies and build a qualified pipeline using available tools and resources
  • Research and qualify prospective customers
  • Understand organizational structure, decision-makers, and operational needs before engagement
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Identify customer challenges and align Porta Kleen services to provide effective solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals and pricing quotes
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and policy-aligned solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Address objections, finalize terms, and secure agreements while protecting company margins
  • Maintain CRM data and report performance
  • Track all sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions with accuracy and consistency


What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally and spend significant time in the field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for tracking, reporting, and communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; capable of extended driving, frequent standing/walking during site visits, and working in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
