About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned customer and product leader who thrives at the intersection of engagement, strategy, and growth. With a strong consulting background and a foundation in accounting, you know how to connect with customers on both a business and product level. You’ll be the face of our product - leading demos, hosting webinars, shaping adoption strategies, and guiding prospects from demo to close. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on: you’ll not only deepen relationships with existing customers but also play a key role in converting prospects into long-term partners. If you have 8+ years of consulting experience, love turning conversations into outcomes, and get energized by helping clients solve problems while driving revenue, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor for both prospects and customers, building long-term partnerships and understanding their business challenges.
  • Deliver engaging, consultative product demos and webinars that win over prospects and deepen customer adoption.
  • Own the sales cycle: build relationships, manage conversations, and close new business.
  • Lead customer engagement strategies that improve adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Partner with product teams to test, validate, and refine features based on customer and market needs.
  • Navigate contract discussions and negotiations with confidence, balancing customer goals and business outcomes.
  • Translate customer and prospect feedback into actionable insights that shape go-to-market and product roadmaps.
  • Mentor team members and champion a customer-first, growth-driven mindset across the organization.
  • Develop insights through data analytic activities in the area of sales, marketing, product, HR and customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in consulting, with deep experience in client-facing leadership roles.
  • Strong background in Excel and data analytics
  • Professional accounting background (CPA, CIA a plus).
  • Proven ability to sell, experience converting demos and conversations into revenue.
  • Strong track record in customer management, product demos, and leading webinars or presentations.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect the dots between product, customer, and business growth.
  • Skilled in contract management and negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills - you know how to simplify the complex and make it compelling.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows and company meetings.
