New Gateways, Inc. is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a structured day program setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and wants to make a positive impact every day.

Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Assist adults with daily living skills and personal care

Support community inclusion and structured activities

What You’ll Need

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

Comfort assisting with adult total personal care

A positive attitude and strong communication skills
